These pants are made out of stretch French terry fabric, if you’re between sizes please go with the smaller size. They have a high waist rise and they have a clean raw cut on the edge of the pants. The fringe starts a few inches down front the waist band and stop 7 inches from the bottom to avoid it dragging on the floor.
